A Day with Thomas

Yesterday we took Lewis to see Thomas the Tank at Bo'ness and Kinneil Railway which isn't far from where we live. We had intended taking him last year but the horrible weather put a stop to it. Anyway, I think it was probably a good thing that we didn't visit until yesterday as I think he would have been too young back then to appreciate it fully. He had a great time even though he was slightly unsure of Sir Topham Hat, as were we! I will need to use some of the photos to make some scrapbook pages - that'll be a job for my summer holidays I think as I don't think I'll get around to it by then as I am swamped with work at the moment. I should be writing my reports at the moment instead of this!!!!! Hey ho!

BLOG CANDY GIVEAWAY

As I have been lucky enough to win some fab goodies as a result of PIF candy recently, I have decided to give away my own blog candy. Since it will be Father's Day fairly soon on Sunday 15th June, I would like you share your fabulous creations that you intend on giving your dad for Father's Day. It could be a card, scrapbook page, altered item, anything really as long as it has been made by your fair hands! I will post the candy you will receive if you are the winner very soon! You have until midnight Saturday 14th June to enter and all you have to do is leave me a message with a link to your creation. It is as easy as that. The winner will be selected randomly by my son Lewis on 15th June and the winner's name will be posted here. Good luck!

Here is some of the candy that I have been lucky enough to win recently!

Hi, Lainy..

Thank you for your lovely comments on my blog! :o) Yours is very stylish, too.

I see you are giving some blog candy away yourself.. Could I be cheeky and include myself, please? Is this the right thread?

I have posted a message and a link on my blog, with two Father's Day projects (even though my dad passed away 2+ years ago.. I hope they're OK).

Here's the link to the post..
